::Stealing Light::

Stealing Light The Times: 'A violent, inventive, relentlessly gripping adventure ... intelligently written and thought-provoking'
SFX: 'A gripping interplanetary saga close in tone to both Alistair Reynolds and Peter F Hamilton, but with enough edge and imagination to give it its own unique flavour...a seriously entertaining sci-fi pageturner.'
Starburst: 'Ambitious, clever and ultimately rewarding ... Impressive.'

::Against Gravity::

Against GravityInterzone: "The pace is smooth and measured, avoiding the weapon based combat-scene excesses of military SF while retaining its vigour and energy. A strong second novel from an aspiring member of the growing Scotland set."
The Guardian: "In his second futuristic thriller, Gary Gibson builds on current trends to produce a convincing picture of the world in 2096. The president of a besieged, terror-torn US is a religious maniac convinced he has a hot-line to God ... throughout, Gibson hints at spiritual salvation, but in keeping with the unrelenting materialism of the novel the denouement is brutally secular."

::Angel Stations::

Stealing LightInterzone: "'Angel Stations' is dense and involving, puzzling and perplexing. It's unabashed science fiction, with an almost "Golden Age" feel to it, but a very modern density, the culture-shock that makes science fiction so enjoyable ... Readers will feel themselves fortunate to reap the rewards of Gibson's acts of literary heresy."
Dreamwatch: "A strong debut novel that promises well for the future and a serious contender for the shelf space currently occupied by Greg Egan and Richard Morgan."
